1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Morgonplex, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Morgonplex provides cash flow forecasting, burn and runway tracking, scenario modeling and financial summary generation based on data you connect. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
3. Not financial advice
Morgonplex is decision support. Forecasts, scenarios and summaries are estimates based on historical data and assumptions, and may differ from actual results. Nothing in the service is formal financial, tax, investment or legal advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite.
- You confirm you are authorised to connect the financial accounts you link.
5. Your data
You own your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Trials, fees and billing
- Free trials last 14 days unless stated otherwise. No payment is taken during a trial.
- Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and remain active to the end of the paid period.
- Annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party data sources may occasionally delay or fail to deliver data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on forecasts or scenarios. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bangalore have jurisdiction over any disputes.
